- This practice accepts Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa and has EFTPOS facilities
- Details of fees for all other services including home visits, pathology tests etc, are available upon enquiry with our receptionist
- Workcover, Transport Accident Commission and other Third Party accounts may be direct-billed upon approval by the third party.
Home visits are provided for our regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Requests for home visits are best made as soon as possible after 8am. Visits can also be arranged for patienets in nursing homes and nearby hospitals.Telephoning Your Doctor
Doctors at this practice may be contacted by telephone during surgery hours regarding urgent matters relating to your family's health. However, when doctors are attending to patients when you call, they may be unable to speak to you. We advise that for all non-urgent matters, (eg, health inquiries, pathology results, referrals and health insurance forms) it is best to make an appointment to see the doctor concerned.Children and Babies
A small play area is provided for children. Feeding area, nappy change area and other facilities for parents with sick babies are also available on request. Very sick children are given priority - please inform our receptionists.Back to Top

We have a recall system in place which can be used for health reviews, pap smears, annual health assessments, immunisations etc. If you do not wish to be on our recall system, please notify the doctor or reception staff.Referrals
A consultation with the doctor is required for an initial referral to medical specialists or for tests. This is to enable your doctor
to provide appropriate and up to date medical information to the specialist. It is also preferable that you make an appointment to see your
doctor to renew any referrals.
As it is illegal to issue back dated referrals, please confirm with your specialist's receptionist when making ongoing appointments as to your referral expiry date.
Prescriptions can only be supplied at time of consultations - we cannot supply these by telephone request. A consultation is required for a repeat prescription in order to monitor the medication you are taking.Sickness and Other Certificates
These cannot be issued or signed without a consultation.Test Results
Your privacy is our business. This practice complies with the National Privacy Principles (NPP). Your medical record is a confident doucment. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
